Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy using warehouse management software.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging for safe transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and RF devices to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely when required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
