Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized shelving.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery and load trucks accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning technology.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
