Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize inventory using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and scanning devices as required by role.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to streamline warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we actively hire and train entry-level candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
