Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and stock to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided upon hiring).
- Stock Control: Perform regular inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Math Skills: Basic math proficiency for counting inventory and weighing packages.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
