Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily quotas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure warehouse environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts.
