Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
