Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments with forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Sort and organize inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick/pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for customer shipments
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work zones
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Drive
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Willingness to complete forklift certification
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
