Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using proper equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting to maintain stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: A history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
