Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to specific shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and shipping processes.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Forklift certification is a major plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
