Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Manage stock levels in WMS system and update real-time inventory data
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Generate inventory reports for management and support audits
- Collaborate with purchasing team on stock replenishment strategies
- Train staff on inventory procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
