Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanning technology
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement team to track inbound/outbound shipments
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during audits and physical counts
- Train staff on inventory best practices and system updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software and RF scanners
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data analysis
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Valid Texas driver's license
