Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis and compliance audits
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space and inventory flow
- Implement FIFO protocols and monitor inventory expiration dates
- Utilize barcode scanners and ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Coordinate with procurement team on stock replenishment and purchase orders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficient with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license required
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
