Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts, spot checks, and annual physical inventory audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments against purchase orders with precision.
- Maintain accurate digital records in our inventory management system (SAP/Oracle) and Excel spreadsheets.
- Organize and manage stockroom areas to ensure efficient retrieval and minimal shrinkage.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies and resolve stock shortages.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly inventory reports and reconcile variances.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or in a logistics environment (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with inventory management software (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is a major plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
