Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Perform regular and random physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy against system records.
  • Utilize handheld scanners and RFID technology to log incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Update and maintain accurate digital databases regarding stock levels, locations, and SKU information.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or missing inventory items to the management team immediately.
  • Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and shipping departments to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while performing warehouse duties.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Clerk, or in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software, Excel, and barcode scanners (RFID experience is a major plus).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly and accurately.
  • Basic math skills for calculating quantities, costs, and inventory variances.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
