Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and comprehensive inventory audits
- Maintain real-time inventory records in WMS with 99.9% accuracy
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through systematic analysis
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate inventory reports and KPIs for leadership review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality control measures
- Support physical inventory counts and system migrations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA-certified)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
