Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS software
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and documentation
- Audit inventory systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management
- Train staff on inventory protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Background in logistics or warehousing preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
