Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Conduct cycle counts in high-velocity product zones
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with purchasing department on stock replenishment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus for diverse Miami workforce
- Valid Florida driver's license required
