Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS software
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with proper documentation
- Operate barcode scanners and material handling equipment
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse team on stock optimization
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
- Valid driver's license preferred
