Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with ERP data
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize stock allocation and replenishment
- Generate daily inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and monitor expiration dates for perishable goods
- Collaborate with procurement on stock level adjustments and reorder triggers
- Support physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and barcode technology
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
