Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records using ERP/WMS systems
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock replenishment
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends
- Implement FIFO rotation and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with procurement for stock optimization
- Support physical audits and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
