Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock levels in real-time
- Maintain digital and physical records with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize reorder points
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO/LIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Train staff on inventory best practices and system usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation)
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
