Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS software and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with ERP data
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and update stock status in real-time
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment strategies
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Train staff on inventory control procedures and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in warehouse inventory management
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and barcode scanners
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
