Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP/WMS systems with real-time updates
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to track inbound/outbound stock movements
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventory audits
- Generate inventory reports for management and identify optimization opportunities
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation procedures
- Collaborate with purchasing to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with barcode scanners, RF scanners, and inventory software
- Advanced data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy rate
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for occasional site visits
