Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and update stock records
- Maintain organized physical inventory storage with FIFO compliance
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and shrinkage
- Train staff on inventory protocols and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour training a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
