Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits
- Process incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
- Generate daily inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with purchasing team to optimize stock levels
- Train staff on inventory control procedures
- Implement lean inventory practices to reduce waste
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong data entry skills with 10,000+ kph accuracy
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills
