Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using ERP/WMS systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse locations
- Process receiving and shipping documentation with 100% accuracy
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock optimization
- Implement FIFO/LIFO inventory rotation protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Forklift certification a plus
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
