Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Track inbound/outbound shipments and update warehouse management software
- Conduct quality inspections of received goods and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams to resolve inventory issues
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation methods
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly inventory reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
