Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
- Utilize inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl) to log and track stock movements.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure correct quantities and condition.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding inventory levels, shortages, and damages.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve discrepancies and optimize storage layouts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a tidy, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics preferred.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or Stock Clerk.
- Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
