Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Update inventory management systems (ERP) with real-time stock levels and transaction details.
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, resolving them with appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment for all inventory items.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast stock requirements and prevent stockouts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or Warehouse Associate is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate handheld scanning devices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
