Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing stock using inventory management software.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies by investigating and resolving variances promptly.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
- Prepare and compile reports regarding stock levels, shortages, and order fulfillment status.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management regarding stock availability and logistics needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
