Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and year-end inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, verifying quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Update inventory management software (SAP/Oracle) with real-time stock data.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to optimize space and retrieval efficiency.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline receiving and shipping processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Clerk, or in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
