Responsibilities
- Perform daily stock counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Maintain and update inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with current stock levels.
- Reconcile physical stock against system data to identify and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and shipping documentation.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas to optimize workflow and safety.
- Communicate with warehouse staff and procurement teams regarding stock shortages or overages.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality control protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or Warehouse Associate is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management software is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for local deliveries.
