Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS and ERP systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient stock movements
- Process inbound/outbound inventory transactions
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
