Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to meet daily targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless transportation coordination
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management or supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
