Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control and WMS system utilization
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing
- Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree a plus
