Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Manage real-time inventory updates in SAP WMS system with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and maintain organized stock locations
- Generate monthly inventory variance reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize reorder points
- Train staff on inventory procedures and safety protocols
- Audit warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- RF scanner certification or demonstrated ability
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency and data entry speed (8,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Associates degree in supply chain preferred
