Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Track and document stock movements in real-time databases
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to ensure accurate stock records
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Implement cycle count procedures to maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment needs
- Maintain organized storage areas and labeling systems
- Participate in quarterly audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to operate RF scanners and barcode equipment
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for occasional warehouse tours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
