Responsibilities
- Maintain precise inventory records using advanced WMS software
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for stock optimization
- Process inbound/outbound inventory transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate inventory reports for management decision-making
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems (SAP/JDE preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Associate degree in supply chain or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
