Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage stock levels using WMS software (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with inventory policies
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams for stock optimization
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Generate inventory reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Forklift certification a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
