Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Manage stock levels in WMS (Warehouse Management System) with 99.8% accuracy
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update real-time inventory data
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Maintain organized storage zones and implement FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock turnover
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software (SAP, Oracle)
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
