Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Update inventory databases in real-time to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock replenishment
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counting
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to operate RF scanners and barcode equipment
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
