Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records using Warehouse Management Systems
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to ensure seamless stock flow
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and monitor stock expiration dates
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports for management analysis
- Optimize storage layouts to maximize warehouse efficiency
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Expertise in barcode scanning technology and RF systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
