Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies with precision and urgency
- Process inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and update inventory records
- Generate real-time inventory reports for management and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage layouts and material flow
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and ISO 9001 standards
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (SWM, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data analysis skills
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperature environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
