Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clutter-free workspace.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
