Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Manage real-time inventory tracking in WMS system with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to maintain FIFO protocols
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Perform quality control audits on incoming/outbound shipments
- Train new staff on inventory procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience in high-volume warehouse setting
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF technology
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) for data analysis
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours daily
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Valid Illinois driver's license preferred
