Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using our WMS software
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock replenishment
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Audit physical inventory against system data quarterly
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- RF scanner certification or equivalent experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
