Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with proper documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams for stock replenishment
- Implement safety protocols for inventory handling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced data entry skills with 10-key accuracy
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license required
