Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Coordinate with warehouse team on stock rotation and FIFO protocols
- Maintain digital records in SAP with 99.8% accuracy
- Investigate root causes of stock variances and implement corrective actions
- Support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle) and barcode scanners
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Excel skills for report generation
