Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage stock rotation, FIFO protocols, and warehouse organization
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with purchasing teams to optimize stock levels
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
- Implement process improvements to reduce shrinkage and errors
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
