Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking in SAP WMS with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment and vendor returns
- Generate monthly inventory valuation reports for executive review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices
- Audit warehouse storage conditions and report environmental issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in warehousing or logistics
- Proficiency in SAP WMS or equivalent inventory software
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
